Marassi Residences is two towers connected directly to Marassi Galleria, designed by Grimshaw Architects of London. Handed over in January 2019, it was the first premium residential project completed in Marassi Al Bahrain. Every apartment has a shaded balcony, and the podium has gyms, pools and recreation rooms.
