Tower 2 is the value entry into Marassi: studios from BHD 60,888, one-bedrooms from BHD 86,888 and two-bedrooms from BHD 110,888, with the same terraces and pool as Tower 1. None qualifies for the Golden Residency on its own, but two of them together do. Ask me for the pairing that works for your budget.
