Bahrain's property registry logged 402 registered sales worth BD 47.8M in August 2026 - one of the stronger Augusts in the registry since 2019, up -14% in value and -7% in volume year on year. The median sale was BD 80,473.

August 2026 held firm within the August range of the last seven years. Value came from both more deals and bigger tickets - not one or two outliers.

The standout: building demand
Compared with August 2025, building sales rose 45% (22 to 32) - the sharpest move of any property type this month.
Where the money went
Manama · Sea Front led on value this month. Breadth was healthy - the top five areas made up about 29% of the total, and the single biggest deal was only 3% of the month.

305 of 402 sales - 76% - fell between BD 50K and BD 200K. The engine of the month was ordinary buyers, not just the top end.
