The Bahrain market report.

Week 31, 2026 · published 27 July 2026

Bahrain's property market has recorded 5,003 sales worth BHD 669 million in the first seven months of 2026, representing an 18 per cent increase in transaction volume and a 21 per cent jump in total value compared to the same period last year, according to the official transaction registry. The read

What this week's numbers mean.

Bahrain's official land registry shows foreign investors are moving decisively into freehold zones, with transaction volumes up 18 per cent and total values up 21 per cent year on year through July 2026 - signalling sustained demand across established destinations like Diyar Al Muharraq, Sea Front Manama, and Amwaj Islands. The opportunity lies in acting on this momentum: the registry data confirms these are the zones where capital is genuinely flowing, and early positioning in growing markets like Dilmunia (activity up 232 per cent) continues to reward those who move first.
