The read

What this week's numbers mean.

Bahrain's official land registry shows foreign investors have clear momentum to work with: transaction volumes in freehold zones are surging, values are climbing, and established destinations like Diyar Al Muharraq and Sea Front Manama are capturing sustained activity with solid per-square-metre pricing. The data suggests now is the moment to move decisively on shortlisted freehold properties, as competition is evidently intensifying across the market's most attractive foreign-owned destinations.
