The read

What this week's numbers mean.

According to Bahrain's official land registry, foreign investors are witnessing substantial momentum across the designated freehold zones, with transaction volumes up 21 per cent and total deal value climbing 25 per cent year on year through September 2026. The registry data shows Diyar Al Muharraq commanding the strongest activity by volume and value, whilst premium waterfront offerings at Sea Front Manama and Amwaj Islands present established depth of market, making now a decisive window to enter before liquidity tightens further.
