February 2022 put 778 registered sales worth BD 153.5M through Bahrain's official registry. Diyar Al Muharraq led the month with 75 sales, 10% of everything that traded. Land did the heavy lifting: 348 sales at a median of BD 94,000. The single biggest cheque: BD 39,811,562 for land in Karzakkan.
