February 2025 put 603 registered sales worth BD 88.2M through Bahrain's official registry. Al Fateh, Manama led the month with 65 sales, 11% of everything that traded. Flats did the heavy lifting: 228 sales at a median of BD 62,750. The single biggest cheque: BD 6,000,000 for land in Jazayer Beach.
