January 2023 put 725 registered sales worth BD 101.6M through Bahrain's official registry. Al Fateh, Manama led the month with 71 sales, 10% of everything that traded. Land did the heavy lifting: 269 sales at a median of BD 87,403. The single biggest cheque: BD 13,000,000 for land in Jidhafs.
