July 2019 put 681 registered sales worth BD 98.7M through Bahrain's official registry. Al Fateh, Manama led the month with 70 sales, 10% of everything that traded. Flats did the heavy lifting: 247 sales at a median of BD 73,000. The single biggest cheque: BD 5,492,067 for land in Amwaj Islands.
