June 2023 put 796 registered sales worth BD 139.3M through Bahrain's official registry. Al Fateh, Manama led the month with 143 sales, 18% of everything that traded. Flats did the heavy lifting: 299 sales at a median of BD 65,003. The single biggest cheque: BD 27,000,000 for land in Malkiya.
