September 2024 put 704 registered sales worth BD 96.6M through Bahrain's official registry. Sea Front, Manama led the month with 58 sales, 8% of everything that traded. Land did the heavy lifting: 295 sales at a median of BD 100,000. The single biggest cheque: BD 4,200,000 for land in Malkiya.
