August 2021 put 924 registered sales worth BD 115.7M through Bahrain's official registry. Diyar Al Muharraq led the month with 193 sales, 21% of everything that traded. Houses did the heavy lifting: 397 sales at a median of BD 112,000. The single biggest cheque: BD 3,650,000 for land in Diyar Al Muharraq.
