July 2021 put 844 registered sales worth BD 108.3M through Bahrain's official registry. Diyar Al Muharraq led the month with 128 sales, 15% of everything that traded. Land did the heavy lifting: 311 sales at a median of BD 83,700. The single biggest cheque: BD 6,668,591 for land in Hamala.
