February 2021 put 846 registered sales worth BD 99.4M through Bahrain's official registry. Diyar Al Muharraq led the month with 196 sales, 23% of everything that traded. Houses did the heavy lifting: 301 sales at a median of BD 108,000. The single biggest cheque: BD 1,500,000 for a building in Al Fateh, Manama.
