January 2021 was the strongest January in the registry since 2019: 800 registered sales worth BD 96.9M. Diyar Al Muharraq led the month with 123 sales, 15% of everything that traded. Land did the heavy lifting: 287 sales at a median of BD 84,416. The single biggest cheque: BD 5,885,217 for a compound in Jidhafs.
