February 2024 put 818 registered sales worth BD 109.3M through Bahrain's official registry. Diyar Al Muharraq led the month with 106 sales, 13% of everything that traded. Land did the heavy lifting: 361 sales at a median of BD 92,800. The single biggest cheque: BD 7,469,150 for land in Al Fateh, Manama.
