January 2024 put 570 registered sales worth BD 113.6M through Bahrain's official registry. Diyar Al Muharraq led the month with 100 sales, 18% of everything that traded. Land did the heavy lifting: 241 sales at a median of BD 83,770. The single biggest cheque: BD 40,253,599 for land in Tarrafi.
