February 2026 was the strongest February in the registry since 2019: 958 registered sales worth BD 126.4M. Al Fateh, Manama led the month with 81 sales, 8% of everything that traded. Flats did the heavy lifting: 340 sales at a median of BD 67,000. The single biggest cheque: BD 3,500,000 for land in Amwaj Islands.
