January 2026 put 736 registered sales worth BD 92.2M through Bahrain's official registry. Diyar Al Muharraq led the month with 86 sales, 12% of everything that traded. Land did the heavy lifting: 331 sales at a median of BD 91,822. The single biggest cheque: BD 10,800,000 for land in Hamala.
