July 2022 put 578 registered sales worth BD 95.2M through Bahrain's official registry. Diyar Al Muharraq led the month with 163 sales, 28% of everything that traded. Houses did the heavy lifting: 237 sales at a median of BD 113,000. The single biggest cheque: BD 21,348,148 for land in Durrat Al Bahrain.
