June 2022 put 818 registered sales worth BD 129.6M through Bahrain's official registry. Diyar Al Muharraq led the month with 96 sales, 12% of everything that traded. Land did the heavy lifting: 275 sales at a median of BD 96,000. The single biggest cheque: BD 10,000,000 for land in Al Seef.
